It was quick and easy, ordered it the night before and woke up with a notification saying it was shipped and I got it within two days of that notification

I absolutely love these hats! They are great if you are like me with a fat head and one size fits all does not usually apply to us lol. On top of that the customer service is spectacular, I had an issue where my package somehow got lost in transport and when I reached out Richii replied to me directly and got it taken care of! I have no negative feedback for southern string whatsoever!
Best idea anyone has ever had. It’s cool looking forward to getting a new hat each month and not knowing the design. I have a couple I love and a couple I am still getting used to the style but overall I love that I am a part of this group. I hope some of the first hats that I missed have a comeback.
