How does the monthly hat crew work?
We drop a new hat every month-when you join the Crew, you are guaranteed to get the next month's hat and every following month that your membership is active.
What will I receive in the box?
You’ll get the hat of the month and a bonus drop in. Can be anything from stickers to koozies. We’ve also got bigger/better items in the works…
Do I need to place a new order every month?
No! Your order will automatically be placed every month, just make sure your billing information is up to date.
When will my order be delivered?
The monthly hat boxes ship the last week of every month, you should receive the first week of the month. Ex the November hat ship the last week of October, you should receive the first week of November.
When will I be charged?
All new members will be charged on the 15th of each month. This payment is for the next month's hat.
How do I cancel?
Just send in an email to southernstringhats@gmail.com ! There may be a charge if you have not fulfilled the term you signed up for, just to be fair to other members. Month to month members can cancel at anytime.
