Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Southern String Hat Co. for your hat subscription needs. We are dedicated to providing you with quality products and services. To ensure transparency and a seamless experience, please review our refund policy below:

1. Address Change and Order Fulfillment:

1.1 In the event of an address change, subscribers must inform us promptly. If the address change is communicated after we have dispatched the order, the subscriber has two options:
    • Option 1: Wait for the item to be returned to us: If the subscriber wishes to have the order redirected to the new address, they must pay the shipping fee associated with redirecting the order.
    • Option 2: Pay Monthly Charge and Shipping Fee: If the subscriber wishes to have the order redirected to the new address even if we haven’t received the first parcel that was returned to us yet, they must pay the monthly charge plus the shipping fee associated with redirecting the order. We will only issue a refund for the price of the hat returned once we receive it.
1.2 We will not refund or replace items for address change cases where the subscriber fails to notify us and the item is lost as a result.

2. Refund Process:

2.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at richii@southernstringhats.com by the 13th to avoid being charged for the month.

2.2 Please provide your subscription details, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions. Refunds are not guaranteed and typically only awarded for damaged or defective items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

3.1. For instances of damaged or defective items, if you received a defective/damaged hat, we will replace or fix it for free within a 30-day period. If your product is no longer in stock and unable to be replaced, we will review and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
