How does the monthly hat crew work?

We drop a new hat every month. When you join the Crew, you're guaranteed to get the next month's hat and every following month that your membership is active.

What will I receive in the box?

You’ll get the hat of the month and a bonus drop-in. Can be anything from stickers to koozies. We’ve also got bigger/better items in the worksâ€Ļ

When will my order be delivered?

Packages are typically delivered from the 23rd to the 30th of the month. Haven't received your package by the 30th? Contact us here.

Do I need to place a new order every month?

No! Your order will automatically be placed every month, just make sure your billing information is up to date.

What happens when my 6-month subscription ends?

It'll keep rolling month-to-month. No need to re-subscribe!

When will I be charged?

All new members will be charged on the 15th of each month. This payment is for the next month's hat.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Just send an email to Richii@southernstringhats.com by the 13th to avoid being charged for the month.

There may be a charge if you have not fulfilled the term you signed up for, just to be fair to other members. Month-to-month members can cancel at any time.

How do I clean my hats?

Hand wash or spot clean with mild detergent and cool water.

How big are the hats?

All of our hats have a standard 24" circumference.
